Stachybotrys requires a different level of response than common surface molds. Every service below reflects that.
🔍
Black Mold Identification & Assessment
Visual black or dark green coloring doesn't always mean Stachybotrys. We confirm species via lab analysis before applying the enhanced protocol. Some black-appearing molds are Cladosporium or Aspergillus niger — still warrant removal, but different containment tier.
😷
Full PPE & Containment Setup
Full body PPE, double polyethylene containment, negative air pressure, and sticky mat decon — this is the setup before a single piece of black-mold-contaminated material is disturbed in your Allport, PA property.
🔨
Complete Stachybotrys Material Removal
All Stachybotrys-contaminated porous materials are removed and disposed of. Drywall, insulation, carpet, and subfloor materials that are confirmed contaminated come out completely — no exceptions, no shortcuts.
💧
Structural Surface Treatment & Encapsulation
After contaminated materials are removed, exposed structural framing is HEPA-vacuumed, treated with EPA-registered fungicide, and where appropriate, sealed with mold-resistant encapsulant. This dual approach — chemical treatment plus physical barrier — is the standard for Stachybotrys-affected structural materials in Allport, PA.
📋
Independent Post-Removal Air Testing
After Black Mold Removal in any Allport, PA property, an independent industrial hygienist collects post-removal air samples and sends them to an accredited lab. We will not declare a job complete without objective third-party confirmation that Stachybotrys spore counts have returned to acceptable levels.
🏗
Moisture Source Identification & Correction
Black mold doesn't grow without a chronic moisture source. We find it, document it, and tell you exactly what needs to be fixed. Removal without source correction in your Allport property means we'll see the same problem again in 6–12 months.
